For our Eels interested in swimming at Gwinnett Aquatics year round:

Registration for 2026-27 Team Opens July 8. Evals Open June 15. Registration will open for new swimmers July 8. Getting your eval done and registering early will give you the best chance of getting a spot. Evaluations will start June 15. The link to sign-up is below.

You can sign up for a slot on Mondays and Wednesdays at 515pm through Aug 6. Beginning Aug 12 they will move to Tuesdays and Thursdays at 530pm.

Evals are free and take about 10 minutes but sometimes we have quite a few swimmers in attendance so it takes a little longer. Just use the link below to register.

Pre-schoolers, Kindergartners and 1st & 2nd graders should already know how to swim free and back. 3rd-5th must already know all 4 strokes. Middle schoolers should already be able to swim 50y of all 4 strokes. High school aged swimmers should email coach Hugh Convery for a preregistration meeting rather than an evaluation. Our preseason will start August 12 with the full schedule starting September 8. The first meet will be September 26. We are looking forward to a very exciting year with one of our strongest teams ever!

Evaluations are for swimmers who feel that they are ready for year-round swim team and meet the following criteria: 8&under - can swim the length of the pool free and back 9-10 - can swim all 4 strokes legally for 25 yards. Reminder that the Top 50 in each event at the end of the season will compete in the county meet. Swimmers are only allowed 3 individual events, so even if you are up to #75 or so, you could possibly scratch in. We’ll keep an eye on it and keep everyone posted. For now, week 1:

Summer League starts in 3 weeks!!!💦. Registration is still open!

We will have a team suit fitting on March 18th from 4:30-6:30 at the Evergreen Clubhouse for those that need a new suit or have questions and want to speak with someone in person.

Each year one of Gwinnett Aquatic’s most popular programs is the Spring Tune-Up. The Tune-Up is for swimmers aged 5-13 who can already swim the length of the pool free and back and are considering participating on one of the county's summer league teams this summer - so please note this is not a lessons program.

Tune-Up will run Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursday 5:15pm-6:30pm for four weeks starting April 14th. The cost is $180. This clinic usually fills up very quickly after registration opens, so we encourage our current families that are interested to go ahead and sign up right away!

The spring Tune-up offers swimmers ages 5-13 an intensely instructional clinic just prior to the start of the summer league season. Each class starts with 30 minutes exercise outside the pool (remember your shoes!), followed by a 45-minute in water session.
