“Not just dictating our tempo, but the drills tempo”. We’ve been talking a lot about taking responsibility recently in our sessions. If your teammate messes up, what could you have done better? Our effort and communication has a direct impact on our teammates… we want to see that come out in training and it’s absolutely a priority of ours during our training.
