From Setback to Comeback
When she first started working with us, the goal was simple — become the best version of herself. 💪

After coming so close to winning her first show, she looked at me backstage and said,

> “Next time, I’m bringing the crown home.” 👑

And she meant every word.

Even after a tough knee injury that forced us to push her show back, she never lost focus. We shifted gears — rehab, rebuild, and grow. Every rep, every recovery session, every day of discipline led to this moment.

Last night, she stepped on that stage stronger — physically, mentally, and emotionally — and brought that crown home. 🏆🔥

This prep was special…

I know he’d be so proud watching her shine — because this victory wasn’t just for her, it was for him. 🙏

Recap of show #2 of the prep. I felt like I brought a tigher package especially only being 14 days apart. There's alot of things that need to improve so for now just focusing on building more mass. Overall my competive fire 🔥 reignited so gold is on my sights now and I dont quit!

These last few weeks have been hectic. There where alot of things going against me for both these shows but I pushed through and finished what I started. I always tell my client there is no such thing as can't so I had to finish. was an amazing show lots of competition and pulled a 4th place in my first show. However this really was about the journey. I remember seeing my first show many years ago and telling myself I'm going to be there. Transforming your body is all about mind set and consistency.
