USSOA United Suburban Soccer - Ref Association Annual Membership is open to any registered Illinois High School Association (IHSA) soccer official.

USSOA, United Suburban Soccer Officials Association, is an organization in the Chicago area dedicated to improving the quality of high school soccer officiating by providing quality educational instruction to our members. USSOA, United Suburban Soccer Officials Association, is an organization in the Chicago area dedicated to improving the quality of high school soccer officiating by providing quality educational instruction to our members and fostering a supportive environment. We have a dedicated mentorship program to help provide guidance to new and veteran members in all things high school soccer officiating. We also maintain an observer program allowing members to be evaluated by trained professionals to help improve individual performance.

For those of you seeking promotion, John Anderson will be hosting a Zoom session to assist you in preparing for the Part II examination.

This session is only available to USSOA members and will be on Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at 8:30 pm. John held a similar session last year and it was well received.
