I can help you learn you anything from basic horsemanship and riding skills to ranch classes to barrels and poles

Ive competed at national levels in the HS rodeo, and i can help you get there too!

We made the trip up to fort worth to look at some of The Gifted Equine wonderful horses…once I saw link a few days back I knew I had to have him and after a sale fell through he ended up in my hands!

I can’t wait for all of the kiddos to meet this big ole teddy bear! He will for sure be a fan favorite!

Link has a big heart, and wants to please and I think we will just be two peas in a pod!

Link wasn’t just a quick decision, I’ve spent weeks looking for the perfect horse for my kids that will fit in at the ranch and he will fit right in for years to come!

Welcome home Link I hope we bring as much Christmas joy to you as you will to us! 🎄🎅

This is why it’s so important to give the correct signals!! Many people (including myself) give horses mixed signals without knowing it and then wonder why you aren’t getting the result you’re asking for, that’s because you aren’t actually asking for the right thing! Our horses do their best to read us and give us what we want, they feel us on their back, they listen to us talk, and they feel how we move our reins. They can’t give us one result when our body and our hands and our voice are telling them all something entirely different!
Just think about that next time you’re frustrated at your horse for not giving you the result you expected! Maybe just maybe you didn’t ask for what you actually wanted!
We can’t expect them to answer all of our demands when we aren’t asking them for anything specific! They aren’t mind readers…they just react from the information we give them. :)
