What an awesome night at the IHSA 1A Girls Sectionals!

First and foremost, this group worked hard all season long. They showed grit on the toughest days and patience — not only with themselves, but with each other and their coaches. We are incredibly proud of all of you and everything you accomplished this season. Great job, ladies!

That grit showed up in a big way last night during the final event of the meet: the 4x400 relay.
Kenzie, Brielle, Emma, and Makenna came into the meet seeded at 4:29.20. They left with two huge accomplishments: a State qualifying time and an 11-second PR of 4:18.58!

Congratulations, ladies!!
