Ninjas, suit up!! Ages 3-10 are welcome to come to this clinic. This is an event specifically designed for FUN.

We will focus on drills and motor skills needed for their future. We will have an obstacle course, agility rope, punching station, kick and twist station, dive rolls, wall climbs, and some strengthening/cardio work.💥

There are plenty of times in life when we get knocked down, hit rock bottom, make mistakes, or even try to throw in the towel, and we feel like we’ve failed. In my case, my path felt like a death. Those things have to happen in order to birth the new thing— the better thing. Like the phoenix rising from the ashes of what used to be.

I want to humbly be an example to the next generation that it is possible to comeback from the grave. No matter how messy— you can be stronger, smarter, better than before. You can get up! You can restart! You can rebuild! You can make a comeback!

With that, I’m not sure what the future holds just yet, but I do know I have to take a tiny step forward, and I would be so honored to have you guys join me!

I would like to start a 6-week cheer team for ages 5 & up. A team that will get an Allstar experience but only practice 1 hour, once a week:
Sunday’s 1:00-2:00,
March 6th-April 10th, ending with a performance showcase!

The one-time fee of $100 includes 6-weeks tuition, showcase, T-shirt, and bow. No registration fees, no contracts, no tryouts. Come just as you are!🥰
