We’ve had a lot of interest in our Functional Fitness classes lately, so we’re opening the doors and inviting everyone to come give it a try—FREE for the entire week! We don’t want cost to be a limiting factor for you to try it out!!
Whether you’re brand new to fitness, returning after some time away, or looking for a new challenge, this is the perfect opportunity to see what we’re all about.
💪 Every class is coach-led and designed for ALL fitness levels.
What can you expect?
✅ Guided stretching and warm-up to prepare your body for success
✅ Strength work at your own pace with coaching to help you learn, improve, and progress
✅ Metabolic conditioning to elevate your heart rate, burn calories, and build endurance
✅ A cash-out portion focused on recovery, accessory work, and strengthening the movements that make you better inside and outside the gym
Our coaches are there every step of the way to help modify movements if needed or challenge you if you’re ready to push harder.
⏰ Classes are one hour long and designed to improve strength, conditioning, mobility, and overall fitness in a fun, supportive environment.
