We've got our December Member of the Month! AMBICA!!! This gal comes in early 3 days a week like clockwork and puts in the WORK. She actively tries to beat her calories burned from the previous workout and has NEVER said something is hard. She just WORKS. Much deserved and I may be a bit biased since she brought me some homemade food... but lets all congratulate her on this achievement!

Member of the month for October is Cheryl!!
She has come such a long way and is one of our most consistent members. She worked all the way through a knee injury and never let ot slow her down. Great work Cheryl!!

21Day Challenge Day 1 Workout:

Set a timer for 15 minutes and do as many rounds as you can of:

10 Pushups

10 Squats

10 crunches

Use your Heart Rate Monitor and send your coach your results!

Remember: you can do ANY TYPE of workout you’d like (bike riding, walking, swimming, etc.) Just track it and send to your coach! Let’s get this started tomorrow strong!
