In this series, we’ve talked about muscle loss. Losing your shape. Under-eating and the fear of food. The fear of going off the medication. And last week you met Amy,  who lost 50 pounds on GLP-1 and then built the body and the habits that made it last.

Today I want to tell you what working with me actually looks like.

I offer three programs, each one designed to address everything this series has covered.

Slim & Sculpt is my 14-week women’s program. Strength training geared toward sculpting an hourglass figure, cardio, nutrition coaching, weekly check-ins, and online community. This is the program Amy did. Her results speak for themselves.

BUILT is my 14-week men’s program. A progressive program that pushes your body to adapt and grow week by week. Structured strength training, cardio, macro coaching, weekly check-ins, and online community access.

The Fit Life Formula is my fully customized 1-on-1 coaching program. Custom workouts built around your equipment, your goals, and your schedule. Macro coaching, weekly check-ins, and direct access to me. Home, travel, or any gym. DM me to learn more about this program.

For one week only, now through June 23, you can save $200 on Slim & Sculpt or BUILT. This is the lowest price either program will be offered at all summer.

DM me the word SUMMER to get program details and pricing sent straight to your DMs. Or fill out my application at the link in bio.

The medication moved the scale. Let’s build the body and the habits that make it last.

I want to introduce you to Amy.

When Amy came to me she had already lost over 50 pounds on GLP-1 medication. But she didn’t feel healthy. She had lost muscle along with the weight, her confidence had taken a hit, and after months of eating very little, the thought of eating more felt terrifying.

She joined my 14-week Slim and Sculpt program in January 2026.

The scale moved 6 pounds. But that number tells almost none of the story.

Waist down 2.5 inches. Chest down 2.5 inches. Hips UP an inch because her glutes grew. Thighs grew up to 1.25 inches. All verified by body scan.

Fat mass down 47.4 pounds from where she started. Body fat from approximately 40% down to 29.1%. Skeletal muscle mass increased. She lost fat and built muscle at the same time.

Today Amy is completely off GLP-1 medication, maintaining her weight, and stronger and more confident than she has been in years.

In her own words:

“Natalie helped me completely transform my relationship with food, exercise, and my body in a way that felt supportive rather than overwhelming. For the first time, weightlifting didn’t feel intimidating because I actually understood what I was doing. Body scans confirmed I was losing fat while gaining muscle.”

The medication was a tool. The nutrition, the strength training, the weekly coaching, the consistency, that is what made the results last.

Let me ask you something.

When you think about stopping your GLP-1 medication, what’s the first feeling that comes up?

For most of my clients it’s fear. And it usually sounds like one of these three things:

“Without it I have no control around food.” “The second I stop, the weight will come back.” “I’ll need this medication for the rest of my life.”

If any of those hit close to home, you’re not alone. And you’re not broken. These fears make complete sense.
Here’s what I want you to understand:

The medication suppresses your appetite. It does not teach you how to eat. It does not build new habits. It does not change your relationship with food. So when people stop without having addressed those things first, the fears come true. Not because the medication failed. Because the other half of the work was never done.

Food control doesn’t come from a prescription. It’s a skill. And like any skill it can be learned, practiced, and owned, at any age, at any stage, with or without the medication.

When you know your macros you have a framework. When you strength train consistently your metabolism works in your favor. When you fuel your body with enough of the right foods the cravings that felt uncontrollable start to quiet down on their own.

One of my clients lost 50 lbs on GLP-1 before she came to me. She was terrified to stop. Today she is completely off the medication, maintaining her weight, and stronger and more confident than she has been in years.

Stay tuned. Her full story drops next week, before and after included. Hit follow so it lands in your feed.

You don’t have to choose between staying on the medication forever and losing everything you worked for. You need a plan that works either way.

That’s exactly what I build with my clients.

When did you last eat a full, satisfying meal and not feel guilty about it?

For a lot of people on GLP-1 medication, the answer is, they can’t remember.

There are two things driving this and both are completely understandable.

First, the medication itself. GLP-1s slow gastric emptying, which means food sits in your stomach longer.

You feel full and sometimes nauseous after just a few bites. Eating a full meal can feel physically impossible.
Second, the fear. You’ve worked so hard to lose this weight. The idea of eating more, even when you know you should, feels like it could unravel everything. So you stay small. You stay safe. You stay under-fueled.

Here’s what 20 years of coaching has taught me:

Consistently eating too little triggers your body’s survival response. Your metabolism slows. Your muscle breaks down for fuel. Your hormones get disrupted. And eventually, the weight loss stalls. The very thing you were trying to prevent by eating less.

Eating enough of the right foods is not the enemy of your results. It is the foundation of them.

And the most important piece? Protein.

Most GLP-1 users have no idea what 30g of protein actually looks like on a plate and that’s exactly why I built a guide.

44 protein sources. Every macro. All calibrated to 30g of protein per serving.

Let me tell you what I actually see when a client comes to me after months on GLP-1 medication.

The scale is down. Sometimes significantly. But when I look at their body composition — the picture tells a different story.

Flat glutes. Saggy legs. Arms that look thin but not toned — like the shape just disappeared. And in clients eating 800 calories or less a day, I’ve personally observed a drawn, hollow look in the face that adds years.

This is muscle loss. And it happens fast when your body isn’t getting enough fuel or the right stimulus to hold onto what it has.

Here’s what nobody explains when you start the medication:

A calorie deficit alone doesn’t tell your body what to lose. Without enough protein and without strength training, you lose fat AND muscle — and muscle is what gives your body its shape, its strength, and its metabolic engine.

Two things make the difference:

Protein. Most GLP-1 users aren’t eating nearly enough of it. It’s the raw material your body needs to protect lean muscle while you’re in a deficit.

Strength training. Cardio burns calories. Lifting weights sends the signal to your body to hold onto muscle. You need both — but most people are only doing one.

The goal isn’t just a smaller number on the scale. It’s a body that’s strong, defined, and built to maintain those results long after the medication is done.

This is the conversation that isn’t happening — and it needs to.
