Veterans Day Tribute 🇺🇸

Each year our Fitness With Bennies community comes together for “CHAD”, the Hero WOD honoring Navy SEAL Chad Wilkinson — 1,000 step-ups for time.

It’s a reminder of grit, sacrifice, and the strength that unites us beyond the gym.
We dedicate this workout to all who have served and continue to serve.

We love our military veterans and stand with you — today and every day.

Huge shout out to .brookecarlson for completing the Mt. Spokane 10k! This race has been on her radar and a huge goal of hers for quite some time now, and she rocked it!

She told me is it was “light work” 🤣 and another race on her mind within 24 hours!

This is exactly why I love doing this, watching people overcome distance, hills, fears, anxiety, and the belief of thinking “they never could”. And believe me, Brooke is just getting started!

Brooke, you’re a shining example of consistency, grace, grit, and finishing what you started. And this year has been so much fun to watch you change your life. One step at a time.

Want a stronger bench press? Add these 3 accessory lifts. Most lifters focus only on the big movement, but ignore the small muscles that support it. These will help fix that. 1. Stationary Chest Flies isolate the pecs and train them through a full range of motion. 2. Stationary Rear Delt Flies balance out your pressing with rear shoulder development. Superset the two above for 3–5 sets of 12–15 reps. 3. Weighted Chest Dips - This is the secret sauce. Trains strength in the hardest part of the bench—at the bottom. Do 6 sets of 6–8 reps and add 10 lbs each week. Don’t just bench. Build the muscles that make it better.

This is one of the coolest things I have created and trained over the course of my fitness career. It’s trained to answer and provide all the information you could ever need in one place regarding fitness, faith, and leadership.

AI is still pretty new and I’m here to bridge the gap between fitness, business, and AI.

Most people don’t understand how to use these apps, what they are for, what to say to it? Etc.

I want you to ask it this one prompt.

“Can you teach me how to best use this GPT? Please ask me one question at a time to get to know me better and please don’t overload my small brain. I’m a slow learner.”

“I have tried everything to lose weight.”

But have you? Most of the time when people tell me they have literally tried everything to lose weight, they list out three things:

1. Keto didn’t work for me.
2. Vegan didn’t work for me.
3. I went to the gym everyday and couldn’t lose a pound.

Most people miss the point. Weight loss and bodyfat loss are all habits, eating less food, and moving more.

It really boils down to it being this simple.

Eat less food.
Get more protein.
Move a lot more.
Sleep way more.
Lift heavy things.
Repeat for one year.

Even if you eat processed foods, you can still lose weight, I promise.

The basics are always the winners. Get the majors down, and you’ll win. Over and over.
