The True You Men’s Group has openings for 4 new participants.

This group is for men who want a supportive, honest space to reconnect with their strength, confidence, and authentic Self alongside other men doing the same work.

The next start date is June 3, and the group meets Wednesday afternoons at 2:30 PM Pacific.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, disconnected, reactive, or like you’re carrying more than you know how to say out loud, this may be a good next step.

Regret often comes with a message.

The emotions, the body sensations, the discomfort. They are trying to tell us something.

When we keep pushing that message away, it keeps coming back.

Sometimes healing starts by listening instead of running.

Follow for honest recovery conversations.

The feelings we avoid do not disappear.

They keep coming back with a message.

Regret, pain, emotion, body sensations. They may feel uncomfortable, but they are not the enemy.

Sometimes the way through is to open the door, welcome what is there, and listen.

Pain is finite. Suffering keeps going until we stop running from it.

Follow for honest recovery conversations.

Suffering is not always the feeling itself.

Sometimes it is all the work we do to avoid feeling what is already there.

we can ask, “What am I afraid to feel?”

I still have regrets about things I did in the past.

But regret and suffering are not the same thing.

For me, suffering is the effort I put into avoiding a feeling I do not want to feel.

That changed how I relate to the past.

I’m excited to share that The Parts Work Guidebook is now available in paperback on Amazon.

The Kindle version was released in February and became a #1 bestseller in that format. The paperback edition is now available for those who prefer a physical copy.

This guidebook was created to help you understand your internal system, recognize parts, and begin relating to yourself with more curiosity, clarity, and compassion.

I still have regrets about things I did in the past.

But what I’ve learned is this. Regret itself is not what keeps us stuck. The real suffering comes from trying not to feel what regret brings up.

I was 30 days sober before I finally said, “I’m an alcoholic,” almost like an experiment, just to see how it felt.

The moment I said it, I cried.

That surprised me.
