Illusions Gold CTX Trinidad 18u is opening up practices as we look to add to our roster!

We are looking at ALL POSITIONS, with a particular interest in adding another catcher. 🧤

If playing at the collegiate level is your goal, we want athletes and families who are ready to be intentional about that process. Our program has helped 22 athletes reach the collegiate level, and we understand that recruiting takes more than simply showing up to tournaments. We work with our athletes on development, communication with college coaches, camps and showcases, recruiting profiles, and understanding how to navigate the process from start to finish. 🎓

Who knew conditioning could also be a lung capacity test? 😂🥎

The challenge: one scream, as many bases as you can get through before you run out of air. 💀

Some made it farther than expected. Some severely overestimated themselves. 😂 Either way, the entire field got to hear about it.

10/10 entertainment. Questionable coaching decision. Absolutely doing it again. 🤣

She competed hard, represented Illusions well, and had the opportunity to showcase her skills in front of the Texas Wesleyan coaching staff. Proud of the work Izzie continues to put in and the way she carries herself every time she steps on the field.

🏆 Congratulations to Emaleigh Davis on being named TSWA Class 2A All-State Second Team First Baseman! What an incredible accomplishment and a testament to the work she’s put in both on and off the field.

Special shoutout to all of our little siblings and special visitors who came out to support us this week in PCB! 🩵🧡

Seeing your smiles, having you hang out in the dugout, and hearing you cheer as loud as you could made this week even more special. Thank you for bringing the extra energy and reminding us why we love this game.

The future of softball is bright, and we can’t wait to watch each of you chase your own dreams one day. Until then, keep cheering, keep playing, and keep having fun. 💙🥎🧡

And just like that… our seniors are signing off. 🩵🧡

Panama City Beach didn’t end the way we had hoped, but that doesn’t take away from everything this team accomplished. These girls fought hard, competed until the very end, and represented Illusions with heart every single game.

To our seniors….thank you. Thank you for the years of hard work, leadership, laughter, and memories. You’ve helped shape this program into what it is today, and your impact will be felt long after your last game in an Illusions uniform.

We missed having our other two seniors with us this week, but they are just as much a part of this journey, and we love them all the same.

This team will never quite be the same without this senior class. But because of the example they’ve set, we know they’re leaving this program in good hands. Now it’s the juniors’ turn to lead the way.

Thank you, seniors. Once an Illusion, always an Illusion. 🥎🧡💙
