🥍 Meet the Coaches: Dylan Radziwon

One of the best ways to grow the game is to have young players learn from someone who was recently in their shoes—and we're excited to have a Liberty Hill Lacrosse standout helping introduce our youngest players to the sport.

Meet Coach Dylan Radziwon, one of our Boys K–2 Coaches!

Dylan is a 2026 Liberty Hill High School graduate and a familiar face within the Liberty Hill Lacrosse program. During his high school career, he was a four-year varsity letter winner and earned All-State honors twice as a midfielder.

Now Dylan is bringing that playing experience back to the program as a coach, working with our Bantam Boys and helping our youngest athletes learn the fundamentals of lacrosse, build confidence, and—most importantly—develop a love for the game.

Having a recent Liberty Hill player step into a coaching role is exactly what growing a strong lacrosse community is all about. Our K–2 players get the opportunity to learn from someone who has competed at a high level while wearing Liberty Hill across his chest—and to see firsthand where the game can take them as they grow.

We're excited to have Coach Radziwon giving back to the program and helping develop the next generation of Liberty Hill lacrosse players! 🥍💜💛

🥍 Meet the Coaches: Ben Waldron

We're excited to introduce a coach who brings an incredible combination of elite playing experience, 17 years of coaching, and a passion for working with young athletes to Liberty Hill Lacrosse.

Meet Coach Ben Waldron, one of our Boys 7/8 Coaches!

Coach Waldron has been coaching lacrosse for 17 years, working with players at every level from beginners through college athletes. He's also a familiar face to many of our Liberty Hill families—off the field, Ben teaches Science at Liberty Hill Middle School.

Originally from Syracuse, New York, Ben was a standout player before beginning his coaching career. He was a four-year starter at NCAA Division I Binghamton University, where he served as team captain his senior year and became one of the nation's top defensive players. His collegiate accomplishments include two First Team All-Conference selections, America East All-Rookie honors, a spot on the 2012 Tewaaraton Watch List, and selection to the 2012 NCAA Division I North-South All-Star Game.

Known for his defensive play, Ben ranked fourth in the nation in caused turnovers during his senior season and set a Binghamton Division I record with eight caused turnovers in a single game.

His success began well before college. As a high school player in New York, Ben earned First Team All-Central New York honors, won a silver medal at the Empire State Games, and was part of a New York State Class A Championship team.

Coach Waldron now brings that experience and knowledge of the game to our Boys 7/8 players, helping them develop the fundamentals, confidence, competitiveness, and lacrosse IQ they'll need as they prepare for the next level.

🥍 Meet the Coaches: Douglas Skelley

Behind every strong youth program are coaches who understand that sports are about more than learning the game—they're also about building confidence, teamwork, discipline, and a love of competition.

Meet Coach Douglas Skelley!

Coach Skelley brings a strong appreciation for youth sports, competition, and player development to the Liberty Hill Lacrosse program. Growing up in Ohio, Douglas participated in multiple sports, including soccer and golf, and went on to play varsity golf in high school. Those experiences helped shape his coaching philosophy, which emphasizes fundamentals, teamwork, discipline, confidence, and having fun while competing.

Professionally, Douglas is an insurance coverage attorney representing corporate policyholders, with much of his practice focused on complex design and construction matters. His career requires preparation, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail—qualities he also brings to the lacrosse field.

Entering his first year as a lacrosse coach, Douglas is excited to help young athletes learn the game, develop their skills, and grow as teammates. His goal is to create a positive and competitive environment where players are encouraged to work hard, support one another, learn from mistakes, and continually improve.

We're excited to have Coach Skelley as part of the Liberty Hill Lacrosse family and helping the next generation of Panthers develop a love for the game! 🥍

🥍 Meet the Coaches: Eric O'Brien

Every successful offense starts with great coaching, preparation, and confidence—and we're excited to introduce one of the coaches helping lead the Panthers on that side of the ball.

Meet Eric O'Brien, one of our High School Boys Coaches!

Coach O'Brien is entering his fourth year with the Liberty Hill lacrosse program and has served as one of the team's Offensive Coordinators since the fall of 2023. His passion for teaching the game and developing student-athletes has made him an invaluable part of the Panthers' coaching staff.

Originally from Reading, Massachusetts, Eric played high school lacrosse at Reading Memorial High School before continuing his playing career at Whittier College in Los Angeles, where he competed at the NCAA Division III level.

With nearly 15 years of playing and coaching experience, Coach O'Brien is committed to helping players sharpen their skills, compete with confidence, and grow as teammates and leaders. His enthusiasm for the game and dedication to player development continue to help strengthen the culture of excellence within Liberty Hill Lacrosse.

🥍 Meet the Coaches: Trevor Witholt

Behind every successful team are coaches who dedicate themselves to helping athletes improve every single day—and we're excited to introduce another key members of our varsity coaching staff.

Meet Trevor Witholt, one of our High School Boys Coaches!

Coach Witholt has been part of Liberty Hill Lacrosse since the very beginning, serving on the coaching staff every season since the program was founded. His passion for the game and commitment to developing players have helped establish the strong culture that continues to drive the Panthers forward.
Originally a standout goalie from Southern California, Trevor went on to play NCAA Division II lacrosse at Barton College in North Carolina, bringing high-level playing experience to Liberty Hill. Today, he leads goalie development for the program, helping our keepers build the technical skills, confidence, and leadership needed to anchor one of the most important positions on the field.

Whether he's working one-on-one with goalies or supporting the entire varsity squad, Coach Witholt is dedicated to helping every player reach their full potential while fostering a culture of hard work, accountability, and teamwork.

🥍 Meet the Coaches: Seth Bokmeyer

Championship programs are built by experienced coaches who know how to develop players, build culture, and inspire excellence—and we're proud to introduce one of the leaders helping shape the future of Liberty Hill Lacrosse.

Meet Seth Bokmeyer, one of our High School Boys Coaches!

Coach Bokmeyer is entering his second year as Liberty Hill's full-time Offensive Coordinator, bringing more than 20 years of coaching experience to the Panthers.

Before joining Liberty Hill, Seth served as Head Coach at the University of Texas, where he rebuilt the program from the ground up. During his tenure, he established an on-campus weight room for the team, coached multiple All-Americans, and led an offense that ranked 2nd in the nation in scoring during his final two seasons.

His success extends to the high school level as well. While coaching in San Diego, Seth transformed Granite Hills High School into a perennial playoff contender and earned San Diego Coach of the Year honors. At Rancho Bernardo High School, every starter on his final team went on to play collegiate lacrosse. Across his high school coaching career, he has helped develop numerous All-Americans and more than 40 players who continued their careers at the NCAA and MCLA levels.

Coach Bokmeyer is passionate about helping athletes maximize their potential, compete with confidence, and build the discipline and work ethic that lead to success both on and off the field. His experience, leadership, and commitment to player development continue to make a tremendous impact on the Liberty Hill lacrosse program.

🥍 Meet the Coaches: Rachel Bokmeyer

Behind every great program are coaches who inspire athletes to reach their full potential—and we're proud to introduce the leader who is helping grow girls lacrosse in Liberty Hill.

Meet Rachel Bokmeyer, our Youth Girls Coordinator!

Rachel brings an outstanding combination of elite playing experience, leadership, and service to the Liberty Hill Lacrosse family. A former NCAA Division I player at Bryant University, Rachel was a standout multi-sport athlete whose accomplishments included serving as a varsity captain, earning multiple Offensive MVP honors, All-League and All-CIF recognition, Academic All-American honors, and County All-Star selections. She also excelled on the field hockey field, where she was a Team MVP, All-CIF selection, San Diego All-Star Goalie, and still holds her high school's career saves record.

Off the field, Rachel continues to serve others as an officer in the United States Army JAG Corps after earning her law degree from SMU Dedman School of Law. Her dedication to leadership, discipline, and excellence makes her an incredible role model for the next generation of athletes.

Rachel is passionate about creating opportunities for girls to discover and fall in love with the game of lacrosse while building confidence, teamwork, and lifelong friendships along the way. We're excited to have her leading the growth of girls lacrosse here in Liberty Hill.

🥍 Meet the Coaches: Jason Rask

Behind every great team is a coach who is committed to helping young athletes grow both on and off the field—and we're excited to introduce one of the leaders who will be guiding our Boys 7/8 team this season.

Meet Coach Jason Rask, one of our Boys 7/8 Coaches!

Originally from North Carolina, Coach Rask brings a passion for developing athletes through the game of lacrosse. While he has spent the past three years coaching lacrosse, he has more than a decade of experience coaching youth sports, helping young athletes build strong fundamentals, confidence, teamwork, and discipline.

Before stepping onto the sidelines, Jason served as a police officer for nearly 15 years and now runs a local construction business and serves on the Parks & Recreation board of the city of Liberty Hill. His experience has shaped his leadership style and strengthened his ability to mentor young athletes, teaching resilience, accountability, respect, and the importance of doing things the right way.

Coach Rask believes sports are about much more than wins and losses. His goal is to create a positive, competitive environment where every player is challenged to improve, encouraged to support their teammates, and given the opportunity to develop skills that will serve them both on and off the field.
