My grandson was supposed to be learning how to crawl... but instead he decided to demonstrate a pretty impressive Swan Prep!
Maybe crawling can wait-he's already working on his Pilates form!

What an amazing experience teaching Pilates at Fit Fest!
Seeing so many people show up, move their bodies, challenge themselves, and have fun reminded me why I love what I do. Pilates truly is for EVERY body, and it's never too late to start.
Thank you to everyone who joined us, and thank you to Fit Fest for allowing Pilates by Mandi to be a part of such a great event. Here's to getting stronger together—one movement at a time.

A Huge Congratulations to Anna Presley!

Today, I get the honor of celebrating a very special milestone. Anna has successfully completed the written exam portion of her Comprehensive Pilates Mat Certification through the Pilates Instructor Academy, and I could not be more proud of her!
Over the last five months, I have watched Anna dedicate countless hours to learning the principles of classical Pilates, studying Contrology, understanding movement mechanics, and developing a deeper knowledge of the body. This is not a simple weekend course—it is an intensive program that requires commitment, discipline, and a genuine passion for helping others move better and feel stronger.
Anna has put in the work, asked the questions, practiced the techniques, and embraced the learning process every step of the way. Her dedication to mastering the foundations of Pilates and understanding the "why" behind every movement has been inspiring to watch.
At Pilates by Mandi, we are incredibly honored to have Anna as part of our team. Her positive energy, compassion for her clients, and commitment to excellence make her an amazing instructor and an even better person.
