Welcome to Ascend Climbing and Fitness, the ultimate destination for rock climbing and 24/7 fitness. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with everything you need to get fit, have fun, and reach new heights. You will find a wide variety of cardio machines, functional trainers, and free weights. Whether you're looking to improve your endurance, build strength, or just maintain a healthy lifest

yle, we've got you covered. But the real heart of Ascend is our rocking climbing area which will be open very soon! We've got a 24' tall roped climbing wall, Treadwall, Moon Board, as well as plenty of bouldering options. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced climber, we've got routes to challenge you. Current staff hours are 9am-5pm on Monday-Friday, and 12pm-5pm on Sunday.
