COMMON GROUND RUN CLUB
Starting this Saturday, we’ll begin warming up at 8:30 AM before heading out on the bike trail right from the gym.
Whether you’re looking to walk, jog, or run, we’ll have multiple distance options available so everyone can join in at their own pace. Come enjoy the weather, get some movement in, and spend time with an awesome community.
This will be a weekly Saturday tradition (weather dependent) until further notice, giving our community another opportunity to move, connect, and enjoy the outdoors together.
We’ll still be having our Train Class at 7:00 AM, so come get some lifting in before we hit the trail.
All levels welcome. Bring a friend and come train together.
