While no-gi is growing fast, there’s still nothing quite like training in the gi.
The gi slows things down just enough to develop technical precision, grip fighting, patience, and problem-solving. It forces you to pay attention to details that often get overlooked and helps build a deeper understanding of Jiu-Jitsu as a whole.
Whether your goal is competition, self-defense, fitness, or simply becoming a better grappler, training in the gi will sharpen your fundamentals and make every part of your game stronger.
