What an exciting day of softball yesterday as our All-Star teams competed in the District Tournament, and we were honored to host a portion of it here at Lexington!⭐️❤️🥎

Events like this are only possible because of the incredible people and businesses who support our league. We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of our board members and volunteers who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make the day a success.

A special thank you to Ms. Jill and her concession stand crew for keeping everyone fed with delicious food throughout the day!

We would also like to recognize our amazing community sponsors:

🥤 HTEAO for providing hydration stations and water coolers for the dugouts, helping keep our players cool and hydrated.

🌮 Scott’s BBQ for donating the barbecue that made our nachos a fan favorite.

🥤 Rick Taylor with Coca-Cola for supplying drinks to keep players, coaches, and fans refreshed throughout the day.

🍧 Pickled Café for donating syrup for our sno cones, which were a huge hit with everyone in attendance.

We are incredibly grateful for the support of our volunteers, sponsors, and community. Thank you for helping create a memorable tournament experience for our players and families. 6U and 8U did not get to finish out their tournament so go out to Dresden tomorrow at 5 pm to support 8U and 6U will be competing in the championship right here at Guy B. Amis tomorrow night at 6 pm!

🌟 That’s a wrap on our 6U and 8U divisions! 🌟
While the end-of-year tournament was unfortunately cut short due to heavy rainfall, we were still able to come together to recognize the hard work, growth, & accomplishments of the players and teams.

Thank you to our players, coaches, parents, and volunteers, for making this season such a success. We are proud of every athlete who stepped on the field, learned new skills, made new friends, and represented our league with great sportsmanship.

We celebrated our older girls as they age out of league softball. 🥎

It’s hard to believe how fast the years went from tiny gloves and nervous first at-bats to confident leaders on the field. These girls have grown up at our ballpark, and we are so proud of the players, teammates, and young women they’ve become.

Thank you for the memories, the hustle, and the heart you gave to this league over the years. Once part of this softball family, always part of it.

We can’t wait to see what’s next for each of you. ❤️🥎
