😎 Kids’ classes are BACK - coming this summer!
This summer we’ll be offering two hour-long classes during the week:
Younger kids (6-11) will focus on learning athletic movement basics, trying new skills, and having fun!
Older students (12 and up) will prioritize general athletic ability with barbell movements, gymnastics skills, and conditioning.
Classes will be Tuesday and Thursday, mid morning (firm details to come - input welcome). No membership will be required; this will be a drop-in, pay-per-session ($10), bring-a-buddy type of class!
