You know those well-meaning people who say: "Just stay positive!" "Look on the bright side!" "They wouldn't want you to be sad!"
And inside, you're thinking... "If one more person tells me to 'stay positive,' I might lose it." 🤬
Here's the truth: A "just think positive" mindset in grief is real, and it's okay if these "helpful" comments make you want to scream into a pillow.
Because grief isn't something to "positive think" your way through. It's not about "staying strong" or "looking on the bright side."
It's about honoring YOUR authentic experience - all of it. The tears😢, the anger😡, the confusion🫨, and yes, even the moments of unexpected joy☺️.
You don't need to force positivity. You need space to feel what you feel. You need permission to be exactly where you are. You need support that actually helps.
That's why grief coaching is different. We don't tell you to "stay positive." We help you navigate grief in a way that honors both your loss AND your life.
