📢 BULLDOGS!! 🚨 PRACTICE IS CANCELED TONIGHT 🚫 (Wednesday, Sept 2).

​The city has a planned water outage from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM today, which means no running water or restroom facilities at the building.

​Enjoy the night off, get some shadow wrestling or cardio in at home, and we’ll see everyone back on the mats next scheduled practice!(Wednesday, Sept 9th)🤼‍♂️💪

Starting tonight from 6 PM to 8 PM will kick off our Wednesday summer practices!

I'm looking forward to seeing everybody and starting this foundation out strong!

We will have a waiver to sign before getting access to the mat!! 📝

🧽 The Golden Rule of the Wrestling Room: Everything you wear should be freshly washed before practice, and you should shower with antibacterial soap immediately afterward. Keeping gear clean is the absolute best defense against mat sores and skin issues! 🧼

Its practice week! Coach Zach is very excited to see everyone back on the mats!
We will begin this year's summer practices on July 8th at 6pm. REMINDER TO PARENTS; YOUR CHILD MUST HAVE A NEW WAIVER SIGNED.
