A few people have asked what the ninety days with me actually look like, so here are some added details.

Eight private sessions, every other week, which gives you real time between conversations to actually live what you're working through instead of rushing to the next the session. You receive direct access to me between sessions when something real comes up. You also receive a framework built specifically for integration, so what you build with me keeps working long after our sessions end.

I built it this way on purpose. Coaching that ends when the calendar invites stop was never going to be enough for what most senior women actually want and need.

I'm opening enrollment today for my new coaching program, a 90-day private coaching program for women in senior leadership.

It's built around three phases, in this order and for a reason.

Identity. Reclaiming the values, joy, and purpose that got quietly set aside while you were busy being excellent.

Systems. Naming the invisible labor you've been carrying, building boundaries you can actually hold, and creating a self-care plan that fits your real life, not a fantasy version of it.

Integration. Taking what you've reclaimed and rebuilt, and putting it to work in your actual role, your actual relationships, your actual life, so it meets your goals and holds long after the ninety days end.

This isn't therapy, and it isn't another leadership framework. It's a place to stop editing yourself, and be 100% you.

Here's something I don't think gets said enough about coaching: getting unstuck is not the same as knowing what to do next.

I've talked with women who had a great coach, had a real breakthrough, and then came back to a team or a role that hadn't caught up to where they'd grown. Insight without a plan for using it just becomes another thing you carry.

That gap is exactly what I built my next program to close. It's not about adding more hypotheticals to your list. It's about a real return to yourself, with a way to actually live it once the work is done.

I hear a version of this often from women in leadership: "I've achieved a lot, and something still feels missing."

It's a hard thing to say out loud, especially when you know how it sounds next to the résumé. Achievement and fulfillment are not the same thing, and treating them as interchangeable is part of what keeps this feeling stuck instead of solvable.

Imposter syndrome doesn't fully explain it either. Most of the women I talk to know exactly how capable they are. What's missing isn't proof of competence. It's a working answer to who they are outside of it.

That question is the starting point for something I'm about to launch. If it's on your mind too, my next program is for you.

Somewhere along the way, a lot of us learned to edit ourselves before we walked into the room.

Adjusting our tone, our delivery, and maybe even how we said what we wanted to say. It becomes so automatic that you stop noticing you're doing it, until you try to remember what the unedited version sounds like and come up short.

I want to name something plainly: that editing is labor. It's invisible, it's constant, and almost nobody accounts for what it costs you.

A pattern I keep seeing in senior women: the more capable you become, the fewer people can actually meet you there.

You're surrounded all day. Meetings, direct reports, peers, a full calendar. Yet you're the one nobody checks in on, because everyone assumes you're fine. You're good at your job, so people stop asking how you're doing at being a person.

I don't think this gets talked about enough at the level where it's happening. The loneliness of being excellent is real, and it doesn't get easier with more success. It just gets quieter.

When did you last feel like yourself, not your title?

Not your title at the meeting. Not your title at the dinner party when someone asks what you do. Just you.

I ask because I've been in enough rooms with senior women to know how often the honest answer is "I can't remember." Not because anything is wrong. Because the climb takes so much of you that the question stops getting asked.

I think it's what happens when competence becomes the whole job, including the parts of you that used to exist outside of it.

I'm curious what about your honest answer. Feel free to sit with it, share if you want, and you you don't have to answer out loud.
