Congrats Lady Cougars! Way to rock the block in prelims! 1st alternate (17th place) 200 Med Relay and 12th place 400 Free Relay. Congrats to Ella Thomas 10th in 200 Free, and 4th in 500 Free. Congrats to Ava Brian, 16th in 500 Free. Finals here we come!

Conner Swim-A-thon! Congrats to all on all you accomplished tonight. Lauren Childers swam 3800 yds., in one hour and earns bragging rights for the most laps swam. Stay tuned to see who raises the most money.
