8 years. 419 has had its doors opened for 8 years 🥺 it’s hard to believe it’s already been that long, but at the same time I barely remember a life without this space, the people, the energy and just all around community it’s built.
I just wanted to have a space to yoga with my friends. I could never of imagined what it would bring. I am forever grateful for every single body that walks through our doors, supports this little business and just makes their mental and physical heath a priority. This yoga community has carried me through so many ups and downs in life. I know for sure I wouldn’t be where I am without it.

And of course 419 wouldn’t be what it is without our amazing crew! Every teacher is unique and different and bring their love and passion for yoga to you all🫶🏼
So cheers to many more years of community, friendship and fueling our bodies and souls together 🤍✨

MEET TRAVIS 🧘
My name is Travis Wertz. I’m a yoga instructor and Reiki Master Practitioner at Flex Yoga Wooster & Wellness in Wooster, Ohio.
I started my yoga journey back in the late spring of 2018 and quickly could feel and see the benefits of the practice and quickly fell in love with yoga and dove in head first.
In early spring of 2019 I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training certification at Roots yoga in Wadsworth. Shortly there after under the suggestion of a friend I took my first class at Flex Yoga wooster and knew this was where I wanted to continue my yoga practice and journey.
Eventually I had the opportunity to sub a few classes and subsequently an opportunity to teach 3 weekly classes which I eagerly look forward to every week. The thing I love the most about being a yoga instructor is the many amazing people I’ve met over the past 8 years and the knowledge and opportunity of being able to help others in their yoga practice and journey.
Outside of my yoga instructor and reiki master roles I’m a carpenter by trade, and I’ve owned and operated a residential construction business for 35 years. I also love travel, adventure and anything that gets me into the outdoors. I’m a proud father of 3 and recently a grandfather of 4 beautiful grandchildren ✨

Meet Amber 🔥
Amber Miskovich is the founder of The Wonder Within and has been teaching yoga since 2015. She is trained in Baptiste Power Yoga, iRest Yoga Nidra, and is a 200-hour (RYT-200). After years of operating a brick-and-mortar wellness space, she now specializes in on-site yoga and wellness programs for veterans and first responders, drawing from her own background as an Air Force veteran and former firefighter.

I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) through Yoga Alliance and completed my training at Flex Yoga in Wooster. I enjoy many styles of yoga, but have a passion for hot power and hot vinyasa. After discovering yoga through one hot power class, I quickly fell in love with both the mental and physical benefits of the practice. I believe yoga is for everyone and love creating space for students to explore their own unique path. Off the mat, I’m a proud mom of two who enjoys games and movie nights with my family.

“I started doing yoga over 12 years ago at Mind Body Align in Downtown Mansfield. Following I started going to yoga 419 heavily off and on since they opened. I’ve always felt welcomed at yoga 419, and feel honored to be able to practice in this space. My love for yoga goes outside the physical practice and has helped me connect back to the moment and become mindful. I have always left this space feeling empowered and believe yoga brings us back to a peaceful mind and body”
