The classes offered are a hour in length and consist of a thorough warm-up, technique/Skill demonstration, WOD, cool-down and for the ones who are still moving and up for it there will be a "challenge" workout following the WOD. Open Gym
During open gym there will always be a coach on the floor to assist with the needs of a client. The coaches first priority will always be the safety of the clients training, but will also be there to assist with technique, spotting, workout programing, motivation, and directions to the bathroom if you really need it. One-on-One Training
1-1 personal training will also be offered when available and will consist of an hour long workout programmed to help you reach your goals. Before the first training session the client will sit down with their trainer to discuss their goals, reasoning/motivation for exercising , past workout experience, medical history and favorite "naughty" food (maybe one day you'll be reward with that after a tough workout ;) )
