Todays "Yoga in the Park" yoga series is cancelled due to the excessive rains recently, the ground is quite moist and a bit on the muddy side. I am rescheduling this event for Wednesday, May 16 at 5:00. Hope you can join me!!

I will be teaching a Summer 2012 Yoga Series "Yoga in the Park" starting Tuesday, May 15 in Morehead. This class will be perfect for beginner to Level 1 students. Class starts at 5:30, Cost is $5, and class size is limited to 12. Message me if you are interested in registering!
