COMMANDER WHITEHEAD RETURNS TO SCHOOL AS A DOCTORAL CANDIDATE.
The University of Lynchburg Doctor of Executive Leadership is a practice-focused, 100% online leadership doctorate for experienced professionals who want to strengthen strategy, communication, ethics, and change leadership to lead with clarity in any field.
Leadership is constant decision-making under pressure, competing priorities, and real human consequences. The DEL is designed to help a candidate to lead through that reality. It will help strengthen executive skills that build alignment when stakes are high: strategic leadership, organizational development and insight, ethical decision-making, and communication.

Camp Sousley is a military exploration program for young people 12 to 18 years old. Each year they have hundreds of cadets from all over the world participate. Summer Camp 2027 will be its 12th year of operation. Commander Jay Whitehead is the founder of Camp Sousley and has previously completed a B.A. in History from Transylvania University in Lexington, Ky and an M.B.A. from Regis University in Denver, CO.
