We are heart broken to announce that Life Fitness will be closing indefinitely on January 31st, 2024. We want to say thank you to all of our loyal members, whom we appreciate greatly, for letting us be of service to you! You have made the experience a great and unforgettable one!
-We will have an EQUIPMENT SALE Jan 27th at the gym from 10am - 2pm. Please bring your own assistance to move equipment. We will have prices and pictures available upon request prior to sale day available Monday Jan 22nd by messaging (901)592-8906.

🛑ATTENTION MEMBERS❗️With the addition of Wildside Bjj in our facility we have had some equipment changes. The mats used by Wildside members are for Jiu Jitsu training only! To avoid damages and infections, we are asking members to not walk on them with shoes and keep off unless training in one of their classes. Thank You and we’ll see you sweating soon!
