Hey folks!

Hope the start of summer has all be treating you well and have managed to stay injury free. It's always rough having niggles when the weather is perfect to run.
Now the weather has turned for the best we will be kicking of our run club again.
We will have the normal sign in and bread, dips and lemonades/water for after. Might throw in a few spot prizes as well, if your lucky.
Lots have people have kept adding to their lifetime runs which has been awesome! Some of you are in the high 40's!!
I am currently organizing new incentive prizes for the higher milestones so watch this space and keep running for the fun of it and bonuses will come.

Hello yogis! Yoga will be resuming this Sunday, January 17th at 9:00AM! Bring your own mat and a smile! Tea will be provided afterwards. A quick reminder that our yoga classes are held at the downtown location at 113 N. Broadway right next to Urban Outfitters and it is a yoga class for ALL levels! Come one, come all.

Hey everyone, we hope you're still getting some runs in during the week as this cold weather starts to creep in. The self-sign in seems to be working well on Wednesday evenings so thanks for your co-operation with that.

Starting this Sunday the 6th at 9am we will be holding yoga in the downtown store as we broaden our wellness program for the winter months. All you need is to bring a mat for yourself and some good vibes. Our instructor Shea will look after you no matter your yoga experience level, so beginners are more than welcome. Hey everyone!
Congrats to all of our members that have come by and run downtown with us this year, all 64 of you!
We gave out over 30 gift cards, 20 t-shirts and numerous artisan lemonades. 5 members have hit over 15 or more runs, which is a solid effort! Total runs logged from all members was 324 runs!

Starting tomorrow the 18th we will be changing the format of Wednesday night to a self sign in down by the register in the store. Sign your name and your lifetime runs will keep being logged over the winter months. You can come run as early or late as you like. We will have new incentives for the 18, 25 and 50 runs!
Thanks so much for being apart of our first VSK Run Club season.
We hope that running/walking has helped you to be more active and pushed you closer to living a healthier lifestyle.

We will be also starting VSK Sunday yoga starting dec 6th at 9am in the downtown store on 113 N broadway. Just bring a mat and your good vibes and enjoy some free yoga hosted by our talented VSK qualified yoga instructors. So please come by and try that too.

5 of our VSK Runners picked up some more of our sweet t-shirts on Wednesday for completing 6 runs with us. Congrats to Jeff Kiser, Aaron Lambert, Barbara Palmquist, Kristin Six and Sarah Janse!
Mr Jamie Norris is leading the club run count with 9 and picked up a $20 VSK gift card for his great efforts.
Good work all around team!
