Hello LGS Families,

We are excited to announce upcoming Pitching and Catching Clinics supplied directly by the league! Whether your player is looking to sharpen her skills or try out a new position, we encourage everyone to take advantage of this great league benefit.

8U players are welcome to jump in and start learning early!

Clinic Schedule & Details

* Dates: September 13th, 20th, and 27th

* Location: Field D

* Cost: Free (Provided by Lexington Girls Softball)

Session Times by Age Group

* 6:00 PM – 7:15 PM: 8U & 10U

* 7:15 PM – 8:30 PM: 12U & 16U

What Players Should Bring

* Fielding glove and facemask

* Catcher's gear (if participating in catching clinic)

* Cleats and a water bottle

* Pitchers: Please bring a catcher to work with you

Reminder: the 2nd day of assessments is scheduled for 6:00 pm today at LGS. Same fields as last Monday.

Dear Families and Players,

Due to the extreme heat and to avoid keeping the kids out too late on a school night, we have made the decision to postpone the remaining assessment day.

The health and safety of our young athletes is our top priority, and we are working diligently within LCRAC guidelines to provide the best and safest environment possible.

Rescheduled Assessment Details:
New Assessment Date & Time: Sunday at 6:00 PM
Weather Backup Date & Time: Monday at 6:00 PM (in the event of inclement weather on Sunday)
Team Practices will start Aug 30th.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this schedule change may cause and greatly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support.

Please consider volunteering. We now have a waitlist for 10U. We need another head coach for another team to be formed .
