As we step into our 20th year, we pause to honor the man whose vision, discipline, and passion laid the foundation for everything we are today.
 Jeff “JEMFA” Allen didn’t just build a gym; he built a place where people come to grow, challenge themselves, and become stronger in both body and mind.
