In 1995 I started boxing at the Rubber City Boxing Club in Akron, Ohio. While there, I trained under Sonny Oliver (trainer to Michael Dynamite Dokes) and Kenny Porter (father of showtime Shawn Porter). I have always had a passion for boxing since I was a young child and that passion still remains to this day nearly 30 years later. Physical fitness is a passion of mine which led me to pursuing my bachelors degree in exercise science. I graduated from the University of Akron with a bachelors of exercise science, specializing in exercise physiology with a minor in nutrition. With my extensive boxing history and educational knowledge I received from my studies, I have developed a training program that will keep you healthy and injury free. Whether your passion is to box for health benefits, or to pursue a boxing career, I can help you reach and achieve your highest performance levels. Additionally, I am registered with USA Boxing as a certified USA boxing coach.
