The National Horse Show, a 6-day hunter/jumper event consistently ranked by the North American Riders Group as one of the top shows in the United States, takes place at the Alltech Arena at the Kentucky Horse Park beginning Oct. 24. Each year, the National Horse Show welcomes Olympians and World Champions from across the globe, as well as the nation’s top junior riders. This year, the show hosts one of only seven Longines FEI World Cup™ Jumping qualifiers on the East Coast and the prestigious ASPCA Maclay Finals.
With nearly $800,000 in prize money offered, the 2020 edition of the National Horse Show has again been designated a CSI-W 4* show by the FEI. The International Open Jumpers will compete for over a half a million dollars in prize money, while the top rated hunter sections have a total purse of $195,000. Meanwhile, $100,000 in total is offered to the Amateur-Owner and U 25 Jumper sections.
