Taekwondo is a powerful and exciting martial art known for its dynamic kicking and hand techniques. Students and enthusiasts of Taekwondo have many reasons for their interest. Some are drawn to the physical fitness and weight-loss aspects of training, others seek to add discipline and self-control to their lives, while still others are concerned about safety and self defense. We offer a variety of

programs for both children and adults at three Dallas/Fort Worth locations: Carrollton, Lewisville and North Richland Hills. "Karate for Kids"
For children, we have developed an internationally-recognized program based on traditional Taekwondo called Karate for Kids, focused on a lifetime learning concept in addition to technical skills. The building blocks for our system are life skill themes such as Goals, Self-Control, Confidence and Respect. "Tiny Tigers"
The Taekwondo for Tiny Tigers program is specifically for ages 3 1/2 through 6, offering young children a strong foundation in essential character qualities such as Courtesy, Respect, and Discipline.
