We just got a call from a person wanting to know if we had a satellite office in Washington State. No, we do not, nor is any registry we know of in that area. The "Sel*ler" claimed a "registration fee" from the potential bu*yer, luckily that may be the only loss other than their drive to see animals which most likely are NOT at the locale nor owned by the "sel*ler". Be vigilant. Ask for copies of registration papers IN THE SEL*LER'S NAME before you buy. In addition, the group "Donkeys for S A L E" on FB is full of problems. Don't consider animals through sites like this. If all else fails, do as this person did and contact the registry. Preferable BEFORE driving or pa*ying out anything.

We are saddened by the massive inland impact of Hurricane Helene. We know we have breeders and owners in flood-ravaged areas. This message may take time for those people to see it. HOWEVER, everyone can help right now.

If you FIND loose animals - donkeys, mules, horses, cattle, etc, first reach out to your local sheriff/LEO for instructions. If you can rescue and house these animals temporarily, please try to do so. If they are donkeys or mules, please send photos and descriptions (male, female) and when possible, try to scan for microchips. Please include YOUR contact information and the closest area information where they were found. We will look through our database to attempt to match any chipped animal up with their owner .

If you have LOST animals, the same applies. Please let ADMS know their names, gender/color (photos best). If you managed to save your papers or have electronic copies, let us know so that again we can try to match up any strayed/recovered animals.

We will work with you in later months to recover paperwork. Most important right now for all of you is rebuilding and recovering. If you need copies of papers for legal purposes, we will also work with you on that asap.

We are holding out hope that all who are in the worst zones make it through this, people and animals alike.

Please be sure to mail everything to the 3401 Recreation Rd 3, Bonham TX 75418 address. We have tried multiple times for a forwarding order with the PO, but right now it's just not working.

Additionally, ANY contribution you can make, even $2 on a membership or registration, would help. We are stretched very thin at the moment. We can't do without office supplies, electricity and postage, and those all have to be covered in our total fees. We really need more than just a few dollars, but anything at all can help us get through each week. Thank you!

We are working on an overhaul of the website to make things easier for people to find. In the meantime, all the forms are still there and most have the correct Bonham address on them. What we need most of all is donations. Without our corporate sponsor we are barely hanging on. Closing our doors would mean complete loss of all the registry process. We've kept it going, but we're balancing a terribly fine line. ANYTHING helps, but one or two larger donations (50-100$ or more) would be ever so gratefully appreciated. We love that everyone sponsored show classes - but what about a little coming the registries way? PLEASE and thank you.

PLEASE do not send anything to the old PO box address in Lewisville. That box is CLOSED and the PO is not honoring the forwarding notice. We are going down weekly to try and get the post master to instate it but so far, nothing. PLEASE ADDRESS EVERYTHING to ADMS, 3401 Recreation Rd 3, Bonham TX 75418. WE can only reach out so far, we cannot reach out to every single person that has an animal. That's why the info is here, only the website, and in the signature of our email. Please note our new address is in effect and the Lewisville PO Box is now closed. The new address for packages/letters is 3401 Recreation Road 3, Bonham TX 75418. Please make sure to note on anything you are sending in. (We did attempt a change to the CR 2610 address. If you have that address on mail recently, please pencil through it, and note the corrected Rec Rd 3 address The Post office would not work with us on the other address, a new forwarding order and change of address have been placed. If you have concerns over anything sent to 2610, please wait a few days, and/or EMAIL US with details as to what was sent, animal names, your name, when, etc.

We have started getting calls about churches wanting to rent donkeys for Palm Sunday. If you have one, please email us directly at ADMS (lovelongears @ hotmail dot com) and let us know. Please include your contact info, rate for rental, and location. Right now have someone in Lewisville TX area (Lake Dallas, Denton). Thanks in advance!

After hours and hours (and into weeks) of service calls, switching out SIM cards and more, we finally have new equipment and working phones! New batteries ordered for the handsets since they won't keep a charge long. If you did leave a voice mail before it said "mailbos full" please know it's gone. Email is STILL the preferred method of contact, this way we have names, address, etc, in writing in front of us and don't have to guess at spelling. Remember all registrations are under the animal name (not people name) so we need those names to work with. Our turnaround time is also 8-10 week. The Volume 6/Winter issue is posted on the website, for those asking about that.

Yes, we know we are having phone issues. I have been trying daily with ATT to get this sorted out. Right now I am on hold with them AGAIN on my personal phone so we can try and get to the bottom of this. I've been handed off and on hold for hours at a time. PLEASE email us with any questions. The new fees are listed up on the website, along with a brief note about 2024. Your support is greatly appreciated.

Folks, if it feels like a scam, it probably is. Once again we have someone posing as ADMS and a "council". There is no such thing in the USA. This was passed on to us, and it's 100 percent not connected to us in any way. Period. DO NOT SELL ANIMALS ON FACEBOOK. Don't BUY animals on FB. Most of these are scammers that will take money and are trying to sell you donkeys from legit farms that are not offering those animals. Do your research.
