⚾🥎 Important League Update: Safety, Background Checks, and Our Fall Season 🥎⚾

As we gear up for an amazing fall season of baseball and softball, we want to take a moment to address some recent discussions online and ensure everyone has the clear, factual information regarding our league policies and safety protocols.

🔈Our Commitment to Safety
The safety and well-being of our players and families is always our highest priority. As a standard league requirement, background checks are conducted on all registered coaches, assistant coaches, and team moms. In accordance with our league bylaws, if a background check is flagged, that individual is immediately removed from their position. This protocol was strictly followed recently to protect our families. We appreciate your trust as we take every necessary step to keep our fields safe.

🔈Rosters, Volunteering, and Field Assignments
To ensure full transparency, once rosters are finalized and posted, all players along with their assigned coaches, assistant coaches, and team moms are listed directly on our website.

As a reminder for the upcoming season:
⭐️Volunteer Registration: All coaches, assistant coaches, and team moms must register as a volunteer on our website and successfully submit a background check.
⭐️Practice Field Assignments: Practice fields and times will not be assigned until all listed coaches for a team have completed their background checks.
⭐️Field Policy: In the event that an un-cleared individual is on the field, it will result in an initial warning and the individual's immediate removal. If a violation occurs a second time, it will result in a team forfeit.

We deeply value all of our hard-working families and dedicated coaches who make this league special. Let’s work together to keep the focus where it belongs: on supporting our kids, having fun, and enjoying a fantastic fall season!
