But when they’re willing to go there, I’ll go there with them.

Sparring isn’t about trying to win every round. It’s about learning, making adjustments, staying composed and getting better every time you step in there.

Proud of the work these guys are putting in.

And of course… we had to finish with sprints 😂

You don’t need experience to walk through the door.

Shoutout to ⭐️ for walking in today and getting straight to work!

First day in and we kept it simple, footwork, jab, cross and lead hook. Building the foundation before anything else.

Every boxer starts somewhere. The important part is getting through the door and putting in the work.

You get humbled. You get better. You learn to laugh at yourself. And somewhere between the hard rounds, sore shoulders, and “one more round” lies… the people beside you start feeling like family.

Today’s focus: using the jab and cross to set up angles toward the lead side, step off the center line, and attack from a new position.

We are SO back. 🥊

It’s been a while since we’ve consistently posted. Coach went on a bit of a hiatus, life got busy, a lot happened behind the scenes, and content took a back seat for a while.

But we’re back, and we’re locked in.

Moving forward, I’m making it a priority to bring you guys more high-quality boxing content: mitt work, technique, drills, training, coaching breakdowns, and a real look inside what we’re building at JAB Boxing Academy.

Whether you train with us, support us from a distance, or just love the sweet science, we’ve got a lot coming.
