We’re excited to introduce Payton Arnett as the new Facilitator for the Spoon River CEO program!

Payton brings a strong background in both education and entrepreneurship. A Summa Cum Laude graduate of Western Illinois University and a former elementary teacher, she’s passionate about inspiring young minds. Most recently, she launched her own business, Dirt Diamond Training Facility, where she’s been coaching and mentoring young female athletes.

Her blend of classroom experience, leadership skills, and business know-how makes her a perfect fit to guide and empower our next generation of entrepreneurs. We’re thrilled to have her join the CEO family!
