We are excited for a great weekend of wrestling. We just want to clarify a few things before you all arrive...

#1 - Doors will open at 10:00 am Friday (3/6) and 6:00 am on Saturday (3/7).

#2 - Weigh-ins will run from 10:30 - 11:45 am on Friday and 6:30 - 7:45 am on Saturday. There will be signs telling wrestlers which mats to go to for weigh-ins in the lobby and at each mat.

#3 - Wrestling will begin at 12:00pm for the girls on Friday and 8:00 am for the boys on Saturday.

#4 - Coaches will check-in in the lobby and purchase a coaching band at this time ($20 - good for both days of MMSC); you will not be allowed on the floor without one. If you are planning on attending and coaching the Big Spring Brawl on Sunday, you may purchase a band for the entire weekend ($25).

For those of you who have attended, you know seating is limited. Please help us provide as much seating as possible and keep coolers out of the bleachers. You are welcome to put them in the upper balconies on the sides of the bleachers or in the lobby against the wall.

Attached are the admission prices for the weekend. Safe travels to all!

Weigh-In Procedures:
We appreciate you all bearing with us as we adjust our weigh-in process this year. Please read our weigh-in procedure carefully and reach out with any questions.

When wrestlers enter the high school there will be signs posted that tell which weight classes will be on what mats for weigh-ins only - this does not mean that you will be wrestling on that mat. Wrestlers will then head to that mat to weigh-in. There will be six scales, one per mat. THERE WILL BE NO WRESTLER CHECK-IN IN THE LOBBY.

All wrestlers must weigh-in in their singlet. If a wrestler is within .5 pounds of their pre-registered weight class, they will be allowed to get their weight down before 11:45 AM Friday (Girls) or 7:45 AM Saturday (Boys). If a wrestler is over .5 pounds, they will automatically be moved up to the next weight class.

Just because weigh-ins are scheduled to begin at a certain time does not mean that everyone has to be here at that time. Just make sure to be here during the weigh-in window. If a wrestler is not weighed in by 11:45 AM Friday (Girls) or 7:45 AM Saturday (Boys) they will be scratched. This is going to be a hard deadline as we need to get started on time.
