Rules and Regulations for MCLPT/P Vendor Events
Our shows are FIRST and FORMOST a COMMUNITY EVENT! However, these shows do benefit the Lady Patriot Twirling Sports teams.
Contracts and space fees MUST be paid and received no later than the due date listed on each application with full payment to be accepted into our shows. This date may be changed at any time to benefit the show. Spaces are sold first come first served! Vendors are responsible for providing your own and all display materials including all tax certificates and documentation. Also our liability insurance only covers us. Therefore if you want your space, your merchandise and yourself covered in the event of any accidents, you are responsible for contacting your homeowners or renters insurance company to have yourself covered for our event and date(s). Typically this should not incur any additional fees from your company.
No sales of ANY type of illegal products will be allowed! Including fire arms!
FOR EVERYONES SAFETY-NO PETS ARE ALLOWED! (Unless promoting a particular event and agreed upon by event staff).
You must utilize your specific space only! PLEASE do not leave your space unattended at any time, as the show staff is not responsible for any missing or damaged items or property.
NO FOOD SALES OF ANY KIND WILL BE PREMITTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.
ALL spaces MUST be cleaned and cleared of all debris upon exiting the show. You will be expected to clean your own space. PLEASE BRING A BROOM AND DUST PAN! Trash bins will be available.
The hosts, and staff are NOT responsible for ANY bodily injury or loss of ANY kind!
All exhibitors agree to forever discharge and release the show hosts, show staff, from all manner of action, suits or damage claims whatsoever arising from any loss or damage to property, or self or patrons by signing this contract.
ALL MATTERS not covered by regulations mentioned herein are subject to the decision of the show hosts. Show host have the right to change the application and rules as they see fit or within reason for the betterment of our shows at ANYTIME without notification.
Signature on the contract/application and payment of fees states the regulations were read and fully understood and are binding by said applicant. Any violation of these regulations will annul the lease/contract to occupy the designated space(s).
NO REFUND POLICY for this show, unless vendor has approval by the show host due to certain mitigating circumstances.
