Huge shoutout to Travis Walker at Complete Fitness. He was a big sponsor this past season for the wrestling team and Clearwater Classic and jumped at the idea of helping the wrestling team with our summer weights workout program. Travis has put together a workout regiment specifically for wrestling and strength building for grappling. We appreciate his support as always. If you are looking to get in shape or help with anything fitness, he is an expert.

Good first day of “Summer Weights” taking advantage of this great facility at LHS. We’ll be going all summer so please try and come as much as you can. It will payoff this upcoming season.

Summer weight room workouts start tomorrow at 9:00 am for whoever can make it. We will be doing this all summer and the room will be open to boys and girls team to come in and workout.

Car wash fundraiser next Sunday, 6/14 at the high school parking lot. Help support the girls wrestling team go to summer wrestling camps this summer.

Due to scheduling conflicts, we lost our spot for the summer weights program at the high school from 0600-0700.
I reserved a slot for both wrestling teams for 0900-1000 each day at the high school.

Does this work for everyone who is wanting to take advantage to weight lifting for the summer?

5 days left until our camp. Get the word out. We would like to get a good group in the room for this camp. Joely has a lot of knowledge to share. She puts in a lot of work and loves wrestling year round. She is on a mission to reach her goals so come learn something from her or just have a good time.

Mark your calendars and get signed up. Start summer break off getting better and come learn from the best to ever do it at Lewiston High School. After dominating through high school Joely just finished up a stellar freshman season in College becoming a College All-American. She has so much to offer.
