Aerial silks classes this week at Movement on Main.
Kids class will be Thursday the 24th 5:30-6:30
Adult class will be Friday 25th 5:30-6:30. No experience needed, all equipment provided.
Anyone interested in scheduling a private lesson or group lessons for a party please reach out I'd be happy to schedule that for you.

Fitness punch cards and monthly memberships can be used for adult aerial silks.
$15 a class for drop in.
No experience needed, all equipment provided.

Mila just asked me if she can help volunteer her time at a animal shelter for the summer. Or a place that helps animals. Mila is the most empathetic person I know, she loves animals. Anyone have any ideas? My first thought is to call Atlanta shelter but would love to find something closer to home for her since she is only 11 and her first job experience.
