ITEMS ARE STARTING TO COME IN!

PLEASE SHARE-THANK YOU!!

This year we are giving to the Lewisburg Animal Alliance, but other rescues will benefit as well!

We have a box in the Fitness Center for you to drop off your donations.

Items needed are: toys, treats, leashes, collars, blankets, cat litter, dog and cat food/ dry and can, Clorox wipes, dawn dish detergent and laundry detergent.

We will be collecting items up to Christmas.

Benson wants his friends to feel the love ❤️ this Christmas Season and thanks you for your help in doing this for them!

Wow, how things have changed in 11 years!

The board at the top was at our first location on West Commerce. I was only doing personal training and classes.

Thankful for everyone who chooses Functional Fitness as their fitness destination.
You are truly what sets Functional Fitness apart from other gyms and I am very appreciative and thankful for you.

Very thankful for Beth and Cayden for the awesome staff that they are and those that came before them.

Thankful for the support of my family and my wonderful wife Kim.
