Bodies In Motion Studio offers Pilates, Yoga, and Barre classes from beginners to advanced. Our mission is to help promote wellness in the community through movement. Studio Open/Close Policy:
Bodies In Motion, LLC. follows the policy if Greenbrier Co. schools are closed; we will be closed. However, if there is a two or three-hour delay, we will continue to have class.

A quick studio update: Bodies in Motion will be closed Saturday, July 4, and there will be no Ballet class. We look forward to moving with you again on Monday, July 6, with Yoga at 9:30a.m. and Pilates at 5:30p.m.

We're just one week away from First Fridays in downtown Lewisburg, West Virginia!

Join me in one week for a First Friday Sound Bath at Bodies in Motion, LLC in downtown Lewisburg, West Virginia. This 75 minute sound bath will feature crystal bowls, metal bowls, gongs, chimes, and more. The theme of the sound bath is: a cosmic journey.

With calming tones and intention, we will share in a sense of community and relaxation!
