Club Update:

Red Cedar Wrestling Club will be closing indefinitely.

We want to thank all the Coaches, Wrestlers, and Supporters from the community that helped make this dream a reality. We pulled together multiple wrestling communities from simple practices and sharing knowledge to competing on the National level as one team. I couldn't be prouder of the impact we made and where everyone that's been involved with the club is headed.

Thank you all for the love and support and good luck to all our Wrestlers! It'll be hard to replace such a phenomenal community, but I feel confident it's better than it's ever been.

Finally, I want to express a personal Thank You to the entire Cox family! After cutting my teeth at a couple different programs, dealing with some high highs and low lows at my alma mater, they all came out in support to help us create a unique, community focused wrestling club right in our own backyard. Words cannot describe how grateful myself and all of the RCWC coaches are for what you've given, and continue to give back to the community. So while it's difficult to walk away from such a cool experience, it's been invaluable to my growth and has helped prepare me to coach on the Division 1 level. I cannot say it enough, thank you, thank you, thank you!

Club Update:
Tomorrow will be the last sessions of our Post Season! We will be finishing the season out in the Dojo tomorrow (Blue circle).

Elementary- 6-7:15 pm
JH/HS - 7:30 - 8:45 pm

Post Season Is Here!!

We will be opening back up for both Elementary and JH/HS sessions every Wednesday starting February 2nd through March 30th. Primary focus is what you need to know to make a run at Championships.

Schedule:
6:00 - 7:15 PM - Elementary
7:30 - 8:45 PM - JH/HS

$15 per wrestler per session
$100 Per wrestler for entire season (9 sessions total)

All Sessions will be at the Red Cedar Training Center (not at the Dojo).

Club Reminder:

Even though it is Red Land Youth Recognition night at RL's Wrestling Match vs. Carlisle. We will still be having Club practice tonight at our regular scheduled time 6-7:30 pm tonight.

Club Reminder:

We will be having the rest of our Regular Season sessions at the Red Cedar Training Center. For reference, the blue circle is "The Dojo" and the red circle is the "Red Cedar Training Center".

We have more space and better facilities all around, so take advantage of it!

Next session begins in a couple hours, from 6-7:30 pm!

Club Update:

We will have our last Regular Season practice in "The Dojo" tonight! Starting next week, the rest of the practices will be held in the old Red Cedar Gym. That means more mat space and facilities for everyone, so if you're trying to get that 3rd weekly practice in then here's your opportunity!

Elementary Regular season practices start tomorrow from 6 - 7:30pm and go every Wednesday through December and January. We will be focusing on High Percentage Moves for High Percentage Situations.

For all wrestlers from 1st to 6th grade.
$10 per wrestler per session or
$75 per wrestler for all sessions (9 in total)

Club Update:

Elementary Preseason’s final practice is tonight 6-7:30. Come out and get one last session in before the season kicks off next week!

Regular Elementary Club season will start Dec. 1. We will be going every Wednesday from 6-7:30 through December and January for wrestlers from Grades 1-6. We will be doing instruction for all levels of wrestlers.

$10/practice per wrestler or $75 for all sessions (9 total sessions).

Additionally, in season gear (Singlet and T-shirt) from Rudis will be available for order soon. More details to come.

Elementary Preseason Has Arrived!!!

We will be having a Preseason Mini-Series for all wrestlers from K-6th grade. This is primarily focused on getting their timing back and to cover the basics before the season officially kicks off. If you want to hit the ground running this year, then you won’t want to miss this.

Elementary Pre-Season Sessions
November 9, 11, 16, 18, 23
From 6 PM to 7:30 PM
Grades Kindergarten to 6th grade (breakout groups will be provided for every level of wrestler)
$5 Per Session or $20 for All Sessions

October Coaches Series Final Update:

Schedule Change - Bryan Ortenzio will be our final clinician for Wednesday 10/27.

Tonight will be a special Club night. Instruction and Wrestling the first 45 min., and the remaining time will be for the RCWC Fall Games (Dodgeball, Steal the bacon, etc.). We're looking forward to a fun night for one of our last nights of the year!

October Coaches Series Update:

Coach Dan Ireland will be our clinician today! Dan is an All American for Millersville University and has over 40 years of coaching experience with all levels of the sport. He has a ridiculous amount of knowledge and knows what it takes to develop a successful team.
