At Polaris Taekwondo, we use martial arts to improve ourselves, and the lives of those around us. For a child being bullied, we will provide them with the courage and self-confidence to handle any situation. For an adult lacking passion and drive, Taekwondo provides an opportunity to become more focused. Polaris Taekwondo is committed to providing the highest quality of training available for kids

and adults at any level. We pride ourselves on providing a positive learning environment in which individuals of all ages and fitness levels will benefit. Our martial arts curriculum focuses on practical self-defense techniques in a non-competitive format to meet your needs. Students will learn and practice martial arts in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere while gleaning the benefits of aerobic and muscle toning exercises. We offer aerobic, strength-building workouts, which develop fitness, coordination, speed and flexibility, along with improved focus and concentration. We are beginner-friendly and honor and respect individual fitness levels and goals. Sparring and other contact activities are always practiced in a controlled manner. We use bags and shields to safely insure the effectiveness of techniques. We always offer a trial class to see if this novel approach to martial arts training is for you. Polaris Taekwondo is proud to announce a SECOND Grand Champion from the 2026 AAU Ohio State Championship! 🥇🏆

Huge congratulations to Sujay, who earned FIVE Gold Medals and TWO Silver Medals, securing the Grand Champion title in his division. Master Gerhardt personally reached out after final results were confirmed to share this well-deserved honor.

Polaris continues to demonstrate its dominance in Ohio Taekwondo through the outstanding success of its athletes. 💪🔥

Huge congratulations to Sterling for an incredible achievement! 🥇🏆

After an outstanding performance at the AAU Ohio State Championship this past April, Sterling earned SIX Gold Medals and was named Grand Champion in his age group! Once all medal counts were finalized, Master Gerhardt personally reached out to share the exciting news of this well-deserved honor.
