Fitness fun try and get in a few planks today for Planksgiving. If you’re in the kitchen hands on counter and step the feet back, add in a couple knee drives for mountain climbers. Keeping the body nice and tight.

It was a beautiful day for our Fall pop-up Community class!

Faith & Fitness- body soul, mind & spirit!
Today we talked about faith & how it can ebb & flow at times, especially when we feel like God is not answering our prayers.

“Trust in the Lord with all of your heart & lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways, acknowledge Him & He will make your paths straight.” Proverbs 3:5-6.

Slow down those squats today. Count slowly to three as you go down on the first 15 and count slowly as you come up on the second 15. Adjust as needed with range of motion and number.

And don’t forget to let us know you are coming tomorrow morning! There is rain in the forecast so we praying we will be able to workout with little to no rain. If anything changes we will let you know. 9:30 circuit 10:20 devotional and 10:45 barre and Pilates and we should finish at 11:30. So please come at 9:30 for circuit and or join us at 10:20 for barre.

Are you still getting your squats in? pilès today and then hold and either alternate lifting a heel or lift both together trying to stay still except for your feet.

Also we are checking the weather for Friday morning and waiting to see when the rain for the weekend thinks it is coming. There is a shelter we can go under as well.

Did you do anything special or fun this weekend? Our family went paddle boarding today. It was so nice out! Hoping we can go again as the leaves really start to change. We also got an evening walk in both days.

How did single leg squats go? You could sit back into a chair and use hands to help go up and down, or use both legs if single leg is not an exciting idea to you.

Only one week to go until our next pop up at Highbanks Park! Friday Oct 15th 9:30am strength circuit, 10:20 devotional for all and 10:45 barre and Pilates. So come at 9:30 and do it all or 10:20 for devotional and barre.
