Joel Ankrum and Matt Crane just finished tearing down this StairMaster 10G after it logged 2 million floors and 7,700 operational hours. That’s a machine that has earned its keep. We replaced the stair chains, stair rods, upper axle shaft, and lower axle shaft, then put it all back together. It now runs as smooth as the day it left the factory — quiet, consistent, and ready for another few million floors.

The Columbus crew had a team building event tonight at K1 Speedway. Sixteen laps of violence ensued with the victory going to our youngest installer, Memfis, who proved to be an excellent driver but is still not authorized to drive a company vehicle. Second and third went to Nathan and Matt Crane. Unfortunately the rest of the results were inadvertently destroyed which is fortunate for Kevin Farley. !

4 hours, countless parts, and a whole lot of experience — Joel Ankrum and Matt Crane rebuilt the stairs on an Intenza Escalate stairmill. Towards the end of last year when our strategic planning team got together we came up with a plan for this year that included providing some regional team building events. As our company has grown to include warehouses in three different states it has been a challenge to offer team building, training and company updates for such a wide spread group.

Last week we started our regional team building in Michigan with a visit to LMCU Ballpark to watch the West Michigan Whitecaps play some ball. Things didn’t go so well for the Whitecaps but our team had a great time! We followed that up with our QBR meeting in our Grand Rapids warehouse. Please note Donovan Padecky provided the most crucial advice on his whiteboard. A truly home run meeting for our Michigan crew!

🎄 Surviving the Holidays: Fitness Edition from D2W

The holidays = unsolicited bulking phase. More food, zero routine, endless cookies.

Goal: Damage control, not perfection.

- One cookie binge ≠ total failure. Move on.
- Consistency beats punishment sessions
- Stay hydrated (eggnog doesn't count)

Have a Healthy and Happy Thanksgiving! 🦃

As we head into the holiday weekend, here are a few simple, science-backed strategies to help you feel your best—without missing out on what really matters.

🥞 Fuel Up Early

Skipping breakfast might seem smart, but it usually leads to overeating later. Start your day with something balanced to keep your appetite steady.

🍽️ Be Mindful With Portions

Use a smaller plate, take what you truly want, and enjoy it. A little awareness goes a long way toward avoiding the “why did I eat that much?” moment.

💧 Hydrate Often

Choose water over soda, juice, or alcohol whenever you can. Staying hydrated helps control hunger and keeps your energy up throughout the day.
