The standard you set now becomes your baseline for 2026.

Join us for a six week challenge designed to set you up for success in 2026 and beyond.

Set The Standard starts 1/17. It’s a coached 6-week program focused on building muscle, losing fat and establishing healthy habits that actually make a difference.

Over the six weeks, you’ll get:

💪🏼 3 Small Group Training Sessions per week
💪🏼 InBody Scans to track your progress
💪🏼 Nutrition Manual with recipes, grocery lists and tips to make your meals painless
💪🏼 Daily check-ins from a coach
💪🏼 A built-in community that is in it with you

2025, our first full year in operation, has come and gone
And I sorta can’t believe it.

We wanted to take a moment to highlight some of our favorite “stats” and honor some of our members.

We had an incredible year and we are still just scratching the surface for what we are capable of in here, but none of it would be possible without our incredible and loyal members!

The thing that separates Trident and makes it the place to train in Lewes is very simple - it’s you, the members. We have a coaching staff that I would put up against any other gym around and the members that enjoy learning and applying in order to live a long healthy life…it’s the perfect combination.

Thank you all for spending 2025 with us, here’s to continuing to raise the tide 2026!

Team Trench takes home the “Santa’s Sleigh Shining Light!”

What the hell is that you ask?

That is the trophy awarded to the team that won the 1st Annual Cape Boys Lacrosse Reindeer Games!

It’s a thing.

Coach came up with the idea that he wanted to do some holiday themed fun for the boys...fun like our kind fun…like a day of races, push ups, squats and jumps!

We’ve been training the team the past couple years and we try to do team finishers and activities to promote team bonding and unity and Reindeer games did not miss!

The boys worked hard.
They competed.
They hyped each other up.
Nobody hid.

What stood out most was the energy.
Teammates cheering.
Guys coaching each other.
Competing the right way.

At the end of the night, Team Trench took home the inaugural, highly prestigious, definitely-going-to-become-a-thing Santa’s Sleigh Shining Light as the first ever Reindeer Games champions.

Sweat was poured. S**t was talked. History was made.

We may or may not need to get a real trophy now.

Proud of these boys and the culture they’re building.

Most people don’t fall off because they’re lazy.
They fall off because life gets heavy.

Work. Family. Stress.
Fitness slowly slides.

That doesn’t mean you failed.
It means you’re human.

If starting again feels harder every year,
it’s not motivation you’re missing.

Starting Monday, 12/15, we’re running winter break training sessions at 10am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

The goal is simple:
Keep your strength up.
Keep your speed sharp.
Keep momentum rolling

Everything is programmed with intent so when you get back on campus you’re not ramping up… you’re ready to compete on day one.

If you want a space that will hold you accountable and allow you to compete amongst the other top athletes in the area, this program is for you.

Healthy habits done consistently beat every fancy program on earth.
Not for a week. Not for a month.
Day after day. Year after year.
That’s how you get results that LAST.

If you want proof, look at Megan

She did our challenges in 2025 and made good progress every time.
She didn’t “win.”
No trophy. No spotlight.
Just steady work.
And she kept showing up after the challenge ended…

Meet Trident’s inaugural Athlete of the Month, powered by Mason Fluharty: JUDE DAMOUNI

Jude has been training with us for over a year, and all he’s done since day one is raise the standard.

The most common phrases said by Jude are “Yes, coach” and “thank you, coach.” Polite as all hell, he’s a beast when he gets to lifting and swimming.

Record breaking swims. Leadership in and out of the pool. Crushing the books. Setting the tone in every session.

Jude doesn’t just train hard.
He lives the standard.

We’re proud to recognize him as the first of many athletes who will help define what it means to be built at Trident.
